I went to The Cinnamon Tree Spa after hearing about the "It Works" detox wrap that they offer. I had called earlier in the day with some questions, and the person I was talking to answered what she could and took down my number so the owner could call me. The new owner, Nikki, called me back, answered my questions, and I was there within the hour. Nikki was incredibly helpful the whole time, always checking up on me, and she's incredibly friendly and personable. I'm pretty sure I was the last person in there for the day, but she even offered to put in some "hair bling" because I thought hers was cute. This was an excellent experience.
As new owners of The Cinnamon Tree, we wanted to let everyone know that a lot of the negative comments made were before we bought the spa several months back. Since our new ownership, we have made sure that the spa is clean, sanitary, and thanks to the feedback, the beds are always heated. With new ownership came all new staff. All facials come with hand/shoulder/decolletage massage, and our professional staff give amazing facials and massages. We've added new services such as a nonsurgical facelift, collagen mask treatments, charcoal mask treatments (for oily skin) and we will be having a grand reopening very soon with special pricing for that reopening! We are very excited and take each client's comments seriously, even though they were before our ownership. As for the woman named Rita who complained about the gift card, we did resolve the issue with her and she also came back in and enjoyed a great massage and haircut.. to which she sent in another client for a haircut the next day! (Thank you!) We so look forward to making The Cinnamon Tree a wonderful spa experience with extraordinary customer service!
