Friendly staff. Went there just looking for future reference a few months ago. Staff member who I talked with was very informative on what I may want to consider for my specific needs. Pulled a few examples from the back and gave me a price range but didn't push anything on me.
Even though they were busy I got helped in no time at all.
Brought my bike in for a tune up and to get the chain replaced. They replaced the chain and lubed it up and tightened my shifter. They charged me 87 dollars to do that. What a joke. They didn't even lube up any cables or even check them because my shifting cable snapped the next weekend while I was riding. They couldn't even be bothered to look anything over on my bike. They didn't even grease my seat post. For 80 bucks you'd think they would at least inspect the bike. I recommend bringing your business elsewhere. This place sucks.
I stop in there regularly to window shop when I am in the area. I live in Michigan and pass a number of bike shops on my route. The employees are always helpful and friendly! I chose to buy my Giant Fathom here. Great service and selection!
Great experience! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Bought my new bike there and plan on bringing it back for any servicing that might be needed in the future.
