I just love wandering around Barnes and Noble. It's always clean and organized with attentive staff. I also enjoy the cafe which makes it a great place to spend some time.
Friendly staff, and excellent atmosphere. Fairly small selection of Sci Fi/Fantasy however, and they no longer have a new release section.
I love grabbing a delicious drink or snack and being able to actually spend time with a book make sure it is a good fit for me. Ordering online will never take the place of a Barnes and Noble for me
One of the nicest Barnes and Nobles I have been in, great selection of books and media. Also, their employees are willing to spend whatever time is needed to help you find something (in the system or in store)
Went searching for a children's book and when the sales person could not locate it, several staff became involved. Through their diligence, it was discovered the book was not a book but a children's toy. The staff was even able to locate where the item could be purchased. I recommended several friends to the store just for the staff and their efforts. Those friends recount similar efforts afforded them by Barnes & Noble staff. Great customer service.
