Delicious drinks and foods. Courteous staff. What I would expect from Starbucks.
I'm here every few days. I got my same drink but this time there was no coffee in it at all. Just almond milk and caramel. Normally it tastes amazing and I can taste coffee. But there's no point in drinking this if there is no coffee to keep me awake while driving.
I have the Starbucks app. This location is my go to every weekday morning on my way from taking my daughter to work. My order is always sitting on the counter waiting for me. And it is always accompanied my a "good morning" and a smile from behind the counter. Makes my day. Keep up the great work guys.
Awesome service! The other day, two cars ahead of me, their was a "drink mishap". They gave drinks to the customer, then I noticed the customer gave them back. A few minutes later, the customer got the correct drinks. Wasn't even a long wait, I waited worse at other places. The next car was quick. Then when I got to the order pickup window, the nice girl handed my order and said sorry about the wait, we had a "drink mishap", this one is on us! I couldn't believe it! It wasn't a big deal, I even tried to pay. She insisted that Starbucks is buying my drink today. I had never even heard of a "drink mishap". I drove away sipping my coffee feelin special. I get what they mean by the Starbucks Experience. In fact, we talk about this in my own business and use this experience as a model for our customer service. Way to be the catalyst Valpo Starbucks, you guys are a True Ace!
This is my favorite Starbucks on the planet! The staff is SO attentive and friendly. They always brighten my day!
