Very good service even though it seemed to take a long time
Paid for full service deluxe wash $23. Absolutely terrible. Would have given no stars but had to give at least one minimum. The waxing tricolor foam looked empty when the car was running thru the wash. Mats in backseat weren't cleaned; mats in front were half done. interior of car was vacuumed and windows wiped but that was it; no dusting or wiping of dash or cup holders. door jams and tire rims weren't wiped down. I ended grabbing one of the towels and finished the car off myself before driving away. Don't go back and waste your money. Doubt this place will make it thru the summer
I took my SUV there for the Super Wax and Shine, $89.99. When I got home, I noticed that the sticky stuff (where the dealer sticker came off) was still sticky. So, that means they washed and waxed over it. Then, the more I used my car, I kept noticing little things. The interior of my back window was still dirty, and I can see the line on the front window where they must not have been able to reach, because it was still dirty. Parts of the interior were still dirty. At first, I was going to just clean the problem areas by myself, but I decided to e-mail them through their web site and let them know that I wasn't too happy. This was over a week ago, and my phone number and e-mail address were on the message I sent them, and I haven't heard back from them. I wasn't happy with the service I got, or their lack of response when I had a problem. I will find somewhere else to get my car cleaned, and will NOT recommend them to anyone else
The staff were pleasant, and the car washes were good at times depending on who was working on the car. After being a member there for over 2 years, I heard an employee making rude remarks about my grand Cherokee because of the auto parking mechanism on the car. Yes, it’s an annoying feature that i was made aware of, and offered to ride down with the car during the wash so one of the empoyees didn’t have to. Anyway, he proceeded to tell his co worker that he would use his next check to purchase a Jeep, and cause an accident due to the auto park feature and would depreciate the value of the car. I found that to be offensive, you shouldn’t make your customers feel uncomfortable while they’re waiting for their car to be washed. I tried contacting the owner several times, and he was never around. It resorted in having to call my bank and cancel future charges from this car wash.
Worse carwash ever. Bought the ultimate wash and they didn't even wipe down the inside of the car. Vacuumed the front and not the floor in the back. Horrible.
