This growing church has figured out how to give their guests and members the small church feel. Many opportunities to connect with community. Amazing verse by verse teaching and a worship band that is contemporary, and relevant, without being showy and flashy like a concert.
Finally a Church that is all about the people and celebrates the true meaning of the Word of GOD instead of some Churches interpreting it to conform with their own beliefs. In 60 plus years I have been in Protestant, Catholic, Baptist, several Lutheran in two States. In all this time I have come to finally feel at Peace and closer to the Lord with the help of the Pastors at Calvary Church and my fellow Worshipers. A few that have a better than me attitude, but I forgive them. The other 99.9% are Fantastic! I'm excited to be in Class now to learn more about Calvary and be Baptized to become a member of this wonderful organization. Definitely been a long hard road, but now I am Home.
This really is a wonderful church. They preach so much love, but they also don't forget about the law and the actual biblical doctrine like many other churches nowadays. You will definitely feel at home here!
In June of 2012 I visited this church on a tour of churches for my ministry to find best in class churches. I was greeted several times upon entry and felt welcome. The worship music was relevant and engaged me to WORSHIP. The sermon was as you expected based on the Bible! Plan to visit for my tour in 2016.
