This is the most unprofessional group I've worked with in a long time. I called him regarding an urgent septic issue I was having. He came out, told me the float was bad and that the pipe had separated from the tank (this was the fix he supposedly did for me in July). Told me he'd be back to fix it properly this time. I called, left messages and texted him. He told me his truck was broken and would be by right away. He never showed and never returned any of my other messages. I had to have a different group come out and fix THEIR errors. His name is Scott and contacting him was a total waste of my time. I wouldn't use them if their services were free.
