I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Todd laczynksi's agency of American Family Insurance! The people are wonderful and kind, and they made me feel like I mattered to them personally, like a friend. I would definitely recommend Todd's agency to anyone! Not only is the staff there incredibly kind and informative, but they saved a lot of people I know a lot of money.
Todd Laczynski's Agency is where I am going to stay. I have had many negative experiences with Insurance agencies in the past, and coming to Todd's agency was a breath of fresh air. No pressure and friendly staff who were willing to patiently and clearly explain to me exactly what I needed to know. They also are not like the many other companies I dealt with- they didn't hold back on the discounts! they offered me every single one that I qualified for, instead of "just beating" the other guys.
