I ordered the meal deal with a 3 topping large pizza, side, desert, and a 2 liter of soda. My pizza was obviously a separate customers order considering it was very custom. I called and within 15 minutes I was not only given my originaly ordered pizza delivered to me, but I was also given another side and desert when I specifically said on the phone I only wanted my originaly ordered pizza and that is all. This store and staff went above and beyond to please their customer in my opinion.
Worst service I have seen for a reputed brand like this. I think this is because of the lazy employees, they close by 10pm I went 10-15 mins before closing time and they still dint took my order. If you guys don't take orders 15 mins before then don't put open sign, what is the use of open sign. Customers should come in to hear that you cannot take orders? Waste of time to go here.
Not sure what all of these other people are on about, but I've ordered 12 times since 01/17/2017, and I have never had a bad experience. The pizza has always been fresh...they've never gotten my order wrong, and it has always been delicious. I would definitely recommend.
Got the pizza burned all over. Called and was referred to a rude manager. Without even listening to me, she said that this is how the pizza should look. She then offered to send me a replacement that I have to wait another 75 minutes for, and GIVE BACK THE OLD ONE! Told her to keep the pizza and scraped half of this one to the garbage can
I ordered delivery and it was wrong when I received it, but Papa John's went above and beyond to make me as their customer happy.
Took 1 1/2 hrs to receive it. When we received our pizza, It was burnt. The bottom was black. We had to microwave our pizza because it wasn’t hot. There was very little cheese on the pizza. The worst pizza I have had. Will never return.
