It's Taco Bell and that's fine. But the place was filthy the day I visited.
Love the quesadillas and soft chicken tacos.
This is the slowest TB I've ever been to, no matter what time I go. The food is not very good, compared to other Taco Bells. I've noticed even the meat is less quantity than a typical TB taco. Apparently they are very strict on their portioning inventory, which makes for a pretty skimpy Gordito Crunch. The employees have always been consistently friendly handing me my incorrect order.
I usually don't have any issues at this Taco Bell, but got irritated when I asked (numerous times) for no sour cream on my order but still had sour cream on my burrito. This was even after checking at the drive-thru that they put the order in correctly, to which the girl at the window said no, but still gave me the wrong order instead of fixing the mistake.
I just bought a burrito and it took over 15 minutes. Great place just plan ahead!
