Tech, Dave did an exceptional job. He performed in the most professional manner. The installation not only was tight, it looked great. I would recommend him unconditionally.
The 2nd lady called to tell me tech was in his way was also extremely kind and upbeat. Great experience.
I scheduled a video sewer inspection of a prospective house I was purchasing. I explained that I was from out of town and that the inspection was part of the purchase process. Mr. Rooter said they could do the work and were available on Saturday, September 2, 2017 from 2-4.
48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, Mr. Rooter phoned and stated that they needed to change the appointment time from 2-4 to 10-12. I am a reasonable man and I understand things come up. What was the reason for the change in time? A death in the family? A car accident? The shop blew up? No. A birthday party.
So, Mr. Rooter screwed me. I now have to come back into town at a later date to have the sewer inspection completed. Of course, that inspection will not be done by Mr. Rooter and I will never contact Mr. Rooter for anything.
So, be forewarned, folks. Proceed with Mr. Rooter at your own risk. I have no idea about the quality of their work. However, if their work is any reflection of the unprofessional and cavalier attitude that they take towards their customers, it can't be any good.
The tech was amazing. Very understanding and sympathatic. He was very professional but had a way of making you feel comfortable. I think his name was Eric.? It was the first thing he told me and I am bad with names.
The 1st lady I spoke with when I called to make an appointment was very kind and helpful.
Great. I booked the appointment and proceeded to schedule a home inspection for the same time and arranged to have access to the house since I was not the owner and merely a prospective purchaser.
He efficiently fixed the pipe, had the water back on within an hour and the bill was very reasonable. I will use this company, and hopefully Eric, for all of my plumbing needs going forward. Thank you for saving the day!!
I explained again to Mr. Rooter that I was coming in from out of town, that I had arranged a home inspection for the same time and further, and most importantly, I would not have access to the house until 2pm. Mr. Rooter's response? "But, it's a surprise birthday party." Seriously? I again emphasized my situation. No budge in their position - it was birthday party come hell or high water.

Outstanding experience! I had a pipe break in a rental property causing a large amount of water to leak throughout the house and a ton of anxiety for my tenant. I spoke to a very friendly lady who scheduled a technician to come out within a couple of hours. Eric was awesome - he was friendly, informative, and keep me in the loop throughout every step.
This is the best company I have seen in years! They were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
