It took just over 3 months from the time I ordered the windows to installation. After 2 months the windows came in but took 3 more weeks for installation. On installation day the windows were the wrong size. Then a reorder took 2 weeks to get in and installed. On the week of the second installation I was called 5 times to change my scheduled install. I was annoyed by this and talked to my sales rep. He had the owner call and he was less than appologetic for a mistake on his side. I have told everyone I know Not to use them. There are many better options out there.

Did a good job on my windows but my siding, gutter and front door job was a terrible experience. They never came back to finish the front door and drilled a hole in the wrong place. Starting the job without a permit was the beginning of a sloppy job done.
