NO stars given in my book but in order to post you have to give 1......the storage unit is deplorable......the door is 4 to 6 inches off the ground so that critters could definitely get in. Once in, the side walls that are made out of ? rotted wood and VERY mildew smelling. Those walls that adjoin to the neighboring units are also 4-6 inches off the ground as well. I canceled immediately and have tried calling them at both the local #(out of service) and 800# which a female has a recorded message about real estate. Hmmm......are they scammers? Dispute filed with my credit card company to get my money back since I did NOT use this unt.
Very very expensive, under new ownership and they jacked the prices 120 %
