The staff is so understanding and compassionate. They understood what I needed, helped ease the stress When I bought my sick pet in and had to put him down. They let me spend as much time I needed with him. Also brought in injured wild animals and they took case of them. Great Staff!!

Dr. Herbert is the best! She always makes me feel like I'm her only customer/patient and spends as much time with my animals as I and they need. She always gives me all the information to make an informed decision. Nicole is also really awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable and checks when she isn't sure about something! Very nice with my dog and bird and remembers us every time!
Dr. Byerly is probably the best reptile vet in Northwest Indiana.
We were in from out of town when our chocolate lab got sick. My husband was sure we would be taken advantage of when they heard we were out of towers. Just the opposite. The staff and doctor were so great. Tested, diagnosed and sent us off with the needed Rxs at a very reasonable price. I hope we don't have a sick doggie next time we're here, but if we do, this will be the place we go.

Before I went to Arbor view the vets i went to were uncaring and unwilling to accept reptiles as patients. one vet clinic said the only thing they can do is "look at hera". Not exactly the reassurance you want to hear from a vet clinic.
