I thought that the donuts were amazing but I wanted to talk to a general manager but he wouldn’t come out and talk to me and sent his employees to talk to... it’s sad because I heard him say “I don’t want to deal with this guy... you go do it.” It makes me pretty upset and want to stand up for the employees because they were all amazing especially the young lady.. I think her name is Kira? I can’t remember her name tag, but I think that’s it. Anyways she was so sweet and informative about everything I asked but still the fact that I heard the general manager say it doesn’t want to deal with a customer is pretty embarrassing if I say so myself. You are there to HELP customers and not hide in the back and ACT like you’re too busy to help! So next time I come in, I would really appreciate it if you would show so customer service skills because to me, you are absolutely terrible and I hope your employees have a better boss coming their way soon!
Very friendly serving staff. They were helpful in explaining what was available. The doughnuts are delicious.

These are "Slap yo' mamma" good donuts! Seriously, delictable and not over sugared. Just the right balance of cake to glaze/frosting. Don't scarf 'em down too quickly or you'll be reaching for another!
That said, I've been to the original Top Pot in Seattle, and Blue Star and Voodoo Donuts in Portland, but the donuts here are quite possibly the best I've ever had! I especially noticed how fresh the cream in the White Cream with Chocolate Frosting was. Great texture, rich, fresh, moist and chewy without feeling too dense. And now I've learned that they have Ice Cream Filled Donuts (!). These donuts are worth traveling for. This is a "destination" donut shop.
