Mobile department lies. Was told last year that I will be able to upgrade my phone in 1 year. It has now been exactly 1 year and I am now told that I have to wait another year in order to upgrade.
The new layout of the store is like a corn maze. Could be interesting if you have the time to look at every single item in the store. Then you have to go through another maze to find the checkout. The DVD section is the most poorly organized nightmare I've ever seen. They claim they're arranged alphabetically but clearly not using the English alphabet. The employees seem friendly and they keep the store clean but no longer offer to help you find anything.

Today, I would only recommend it to preschoolers who needed to burn off some excess energy.
When I shopped here a couple months ago, this was a store I could recommend. Employees offered to help you find what you were looking for. Things were organized in a way that made sense. You could identify the section you wanted to shop in and head directly there and from there you could easily head straight to the checkout.
Love the store but everything is pricey. I normally look at reviews than go to best buy to comparison shop then buy online at best price. Best Buy does run good sales now and then tho
Always get geek squad. Well worth it. The in store staff here is extremely helpful & super friendly.
It seems this store has had a major overhaul in the past six weeks and it obviously wasn't intended to attract more customers. Clearly a change in management is in order, I'm just not sure if it's at the corporate or local level.
