My wife and I worked with Ben yesterday in the Valpo store. What we asked him to do for us most would have balked and sent us on our way with the website and a phone number. He provided world class service and took care of us. I am enjoying my Sprint phone today because of Ben.

Walked in and employee told me that it would be over 30 minutes before I could speak with anyone. I could understand this if they were busy, but there was exactly 1 customer in the store.

Manger is rude and is annoying dont waste your time here the wait time is at least an hour
