Gourmet Express was greatly disappointing to deal with. They recently catered my wedding. The chicken still was pink in the middle, dinner came out 1 1/2 hours late, multiple tables only had two side dishes, and I didn't feel the issues I presented were validated. I would not recommend this company to cater large parties or important events.
