Worst place ever to get anything from. They start calling before your payment is due as a reminder and if you don't make your payment on the day it's due they call 3-4 times a day and come to your home. They are very rude and everyone that works there will tell you something different. Very unprofessional if you need something fast I'd recommend a different leasing company like rent a center who all east waits a week past due before they start coming to your home.
VERY slow service and over priced products. It took over and hour to get financed for a bed!!
Agreed worst place to rent anything from. I cant stand the fact that there is no communication at this store. Everybody tells u something different. Aarons keeps switching their staff from other stores to valpo. The staff they got workin now i swear are on drugs.they blow up your phone cone to ur house at 9pm. Who does that? Worst leasing company ever. Im going to spread the word about these people !!
I had rented a computer from them that I had constant motherboard problems with after they sent it off twice they in turn gave me my choice of any computer on the floor for the same low price that I was paying for the older computer that was far less in value they let me keep making the payments and I still on this computer today with no problems whatsoever I will rent for them again anytime
