They are very responsive to the residents' famly and the medical staff clearly care about providing good medical services to the residents. It's comforting to know that my mother's health and safety are in good hands.

Treating my Mom well after car accident
Because I had to click a star to write a review, this is the only reason they got one from me and my family. My mother visits my Grandmother 2-3 times a week and in almost every visit my Grandmother is soaking wet down to her bed to her socks. It reeks of urine. You can smell it from the doorway of her room. They are not helping changing her. This and very personal recent event I cannot write about at this time. I am working on getting her out of this home. I would suggest you all do the same. I feel very strongly that my loved one is not being properly cared for.
