It really questions indiana's statehood. 200 years of meth labs and cousins getting married.

Now seriously!! Why was that so difficult? Why are these ladies in such a rush that they do not listen and just push people off the phone. After explaining to her how i felt this situation was handled she got defesive and i then just had to end the call. 5min later i received a call back. It was the lady i had just spoken to. She was not happy that i ended the call. She said she was calling back to make sure this was the right number on her caller ID and that when me or my husband (whos case i was calling for) come in, we would be escorted by security. First off, i feel very uncomfortable that she was even able to call me back and horass me. Even if there was any need for security why call me back again to couse more strain on the situtation. Its really unbeleveable that this has even happened. GO INDIANA JUSTICE SYSTEM! You can't make a compliant when you're mistreated but they sure do know how to antagimize the situtation instead of taking care of what they are there to do. THERE JOBS.

I can not believe how unprofesional and rude the ladies are in small claims. I was transfered so many times and got nothing but attitude and was told to go online to find my case number. So i did. When i called back i was hung up on twice after asking what the steps were to get a copy of a case that has been settled now for 9 years and is now showing on my credit report. I was told once again to go online. I very sternly said that i was looking at the online screening right now...Where do i go then... And i was hung up on. After explaining my situation to the switch board lady (whos problem it wasn't anyway), She transferred me to someone else...im assuming a higher roll. When i was in the middle of telling her what happened she interrupted me and was accusing me as the problem. I told her all i needed was one piece of paper to state that my case had been closed and that i feel like you guys are making it so difficult. She told me that it was a prosses i had to do in writing and mail in a $2 money order. I then asked why is this not something i can come up and get. She explained that i could come up there as long as i have the referanse/cause number.

Most of the time your case is not even heard in the courtroom you have to go out into the hallway with the opposing attorney to where there are no tables and no chairs to let your paperwork out and it's just a big mess there's no room to work more cases need to be heard in the courtroom

Never saw a judge lawyer took care of it before court even started
