Lady behind the counter had an attitude, didn't know the answers to basic questions. She seemed annoyed to deal with me. Every question I asked she just said "I don't know". I asked if there was a way to recover my online reentry code to complete my application online. She said there wasn't and I was out of luck and wanted me to redo my application on paper. I researched this myself and found out you can recover your reentry number. So, she didn't know what she was talking about. Bring retired military I'm very disappointed by the performance of a government employee.
Reason for visit: social security card replacement.
Needed zero stars. A perfect illustration of what happens when government employees have no accountability to the public. They know they can't get fired because they're union, so they basically don't give a crap.
Visit was very quick IN and OUT
I was prepared ahead of time and came in early with information and documents ready beforehand.

Worst place ever what can you expect it's government-run the only decent person there is Miss Ritter she is very helpful and kind and understanding but the rest of the bunch are hypocritical they come at you as snide remarks and if you say one cuss word they cut you off and tell tell the guard you're getting belligerent and throw you out when they started it just like Miss devaney and mrs. Leduc they do not deserve a job as far as I'm concerned they're the most grossly incompetent bunch of people I have ever seen and they have screwed up my account so many times on purpose I am satisfied of it that I am done dealing with them I will get a check from the government straight off the top or I will not have it direct-deposited anymore
Was better experience than I had expected.
Paper work that was supposed to be sent in 120 days ago never got sent in so I had to redo all paper work and send it in again. No apology, they did not care they made the mistake. Would also give a zero.
