This place has logistics figured out it seems. I arrived (on time) but looks like the broker boned us again. Our load or appointment time wasn't anywhere on the books at the guard shack or in the office. They made me park on the side and wait for a call. I figured I was screwed as usual, but got a call from the guard (who is a nice guy) to go to a dock on the back of the building. They started unloading almost right away, and as an added bonus, the guy came out after unloading and took my paperwork to receiving. Turned out that after paying lumper, I had to sit in my truck and wait for them to count the product. I was going to give them 5 stars, but the whole counting thing didn't make me happy. I would've been done in an hour, but they had to count. Why can't they stamp my bills "pending count" or something and let me go?! Why am I sitting here for the final number which will have no effect on me?! Figure it out with the shipper, don't make the driver suffer! Anyway, the whole thing took almost 3 hours because of the counting, wasting 2 hours of my time
