they are "supposed" to be doing grass and snow. I have yet to have to come out for snow unless I call 2-3 times. Why am I paying $100/month for this? Its cheaper to actually hire someone who NEEDS or WANTS to work. Don't even get me started on the lawn cutting. They are the worst. And beware if you have a dog they leave the gate open all the time and leave a big mess! I would not recommend to anyone
