My dog Korky has been here just 2 times but he loves it. He is afraid if we leave him anywhere but when I bring him in he doesn't even look back at me. And we have had a lot of complements on his picture.
I love this place! It is SO hard to find a groomer for cats but both Leslie and Charlie are the best. My Maine Coon is a bear to brush - I have to follow him around the house. I take him in and it doesn't matter, Leslie or Charlie, and he just rolls over and gives them his belly - the ultimate in trust for a cat! I (and Buster) highly recommend Woof!
We used to take our 14 yr old dog, who is deaf and has arthritis, to be groomed here. During her last visit, we looked through the window of the shop and observed her being treated roughly. When the groomer saw us, her actions changed right away. Unfortunately, when I tried to discuss this later with the owner, she did not feel it was an issue. Although I've always been happy with my dog's cut, after this experience we will not be returning. I would exercise caution when taking a loved pet there, esp if he/she is elderly or has health issues.
Clair is our new groomer and she's doing a good job. She takes great care of our SWD.
We love Woof! They always do a great job with Gracie's hair cut, and they are so nice. We've taken her to other places before that were more expensive, didn't consistently provide good service, and Gracie was terrified to go there. She loves the ladies at Woof and we are always happy with the cut, service, and price! They are also amazing with my mom's senior dog; they treat her very gently and always ask about her when I go in.
