Kelcie was such a doll. Friendly, polite and served us some very delicious food. We'll be back!
Good lunch with 2 for $20. We got the bourbon shrimp and chicken with mozzarella sticks appetizer. The chicken wsd very tender but the shrimp was a bit to spicy for both of us.
They would not honor a gift certificate we had due to us ordering the 2 for $20. We were not informed of this until the check was presented. I would not purchase gift cards or certificates as they will not allow their use if any specials are on the order. From my understanding this is the 2 for $20/25 the appetizer specials and any lunch specials.
Not one smile in the course of my transaction. The manager was neither friendly or curtious. Was supposed to be a "curbside pickup" but all of the spaces designated for that were parked in, (no one in sight). Felt like I was an inconvenience for Applebees. Very sad. We have not eaten yet, so I'll reserve comment on the food. Hopefully, it will be better than the service.
Our server was great (Britney), both i of us had steak that was pretty tough. Otherwise, good.
