Rudest manager in Valpo. My family received cold food and barely any cake in the chocolate cake blizzard that is way to overpriced in the first place. My mom called to tell the manager about our order and she told us she could microwave the food that they gave to us cold if we bring it back! She was just so mean and rushed it was ridiculous! We didn't want anything for free but it would have been nice to not have been treated so rudely. Never going back.
Tried to give them a second chance on my boys bday last year the totally screw it up misspelling his nathan and not decorating it right. This year the spelled his name right and screwed the size up and the decorating looks like they got drunk and said hey guts watch this. Dont waste your time for cakes here there are better dairy queens to get them from.
Chicken strips are never hot. Oniom rings under portioned. Staff is always friendly though.
every time i get a blizzard the toppings and mix are only on the top half of the cup the bottom half is just reg ice cream
