Edit: Went back a few days ago, nothing changed except they seemed understaffed and even more on edge. Tried again to tell them they had double locations and was met with a similar response to the last time. This time by the clerks at the desk. Take my advice as someone who tried and tried again, there are better places for your time and your money to go to. Don't go here unless your life depends on it!

Rude, stuck-up, and mean. These people don't care about you, all they care about is getting payed at the end of the month. Everyone I met in that office was rude and unnecessarily hostile. When I pointed out that they had a double location in the wrong place the manager yelled from behind the desk, and I quote: "We can fix the internet!" I don't want you to fix the internet, I want others that are so unfortunate to be force to come to your business to be on time.
I don't believe it! I was not only told that I wasn't going to be seen when I was 20 seconds late coming in the door, but I was also greeted by a rude staff that didn't care about my problem! All these guys want to do is to push through as many customers as possible and get paid. This place is atrocious. Don't be taken in by the friendly reviews, this place is a trap!
Horrible experience!!! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! VERY RUDE STAFF. They only care about money.. Also I didnt recieve a bill in the mail didnt recieve any collection notice or phone call.... I paid my co-pay and didn't recieve ANY bills until I got a certified letter in the mail... having to pay lawyer cost court cost intrest and for my bill. So from $80 to $400... This place is horrible. Called their lawyer set up payment arrangements he told me he was goin to give me a continuous for my court date.... Just received a letter in the mail sayin they set a default judgment on me... THEIR LAWYER DIDNT SET UP A CONTINUOUS!!!!!!!! AFTER I MADE A PAYMENT TO HIM!!!!!!. This is the worst place ever and they dont care to follow up with bills because why would they when they can send you to court and have you spend more money!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STRESS GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!
I went to the Valparaiso location a few years ago and the older dermatologist did a poor job ,poor bed side manner,poor attention to detail. Well,I decided to try again because I am already established there and this time I saw the NP,Erin. This time I educated myself on my possible conditions and every type of medication that may treat my case. Well,I was pleasantly suprised when she came in completely up to date on my condition,my medication list,my previous treatment and experiences . She was fabulous,I left feeling encouraged and ready to start the new skin plan regimen. I will update this review with my progress and follow up with her in 6weeks. For now
