I've been struggling with my meds for a few years and made an appointment to see Michele several months ago. It was well worth the wait, because I ended up with a new diagnosis and treatment plan. I absolutely loved her and didn't think she was pompous or arrogant like one of the other reviewers said. She's a strong, educated woman, but I know some people can be intimidated by us. She really knows what she's doing and explained everything to me in detail. I'm so glad that I made that appointment and know that together, we're going to get my mental healthcare under control so I can feel better. I am so thankful for Michele and will definitely recommend her.
Gerald Lewis has been wonderful and a major help to me. When I first started My therapist at that time was great and helped me through a lot of rough roads. My Current therapist, Darcy, is wonderful. It was a bit hard on me with the transfer because I had a great therapist and I had a bad history at the last place I was getting help from with turnovers on doctors and with one therapist.
Michele has helped me so much. I am doing so much better after I started seeing her.
Gerald Lewis is amazing & gifted practioner. He goes above and beyond for his patient's and I highly recommend him. Thank God I found him!! You will never find anyone else in this world like him.
There is always the one patient that will have a complaint. I was that patient with the last place I was getting help from. I know that if you don't like your therapist you can always ask for a different one. Yes Gerald Lewis is a NP but that should not matter.
Practitioners are great but the reception staff is terrible. I've had numerous insurance issues with them.
